Foxglove, founded in 2021 by former Cruise engineers Adrian Macneil and Roman Shtylman, provides a data platform for robot fleets: ingesting and indexing multimodal sensor recordings, visualizing live and recorded data for debugging, and connecting to deployed robots in the field to pull recordings for analysis. The company also created and maintains MCAP, an open-source log format for robot data recording and playback. Customers include Wayve, Shield AI, Dexterity, and NVIDIA. Foxglove has raised $58.7M total, including a $40M Series B in November 2025 led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
