LMArena

LMArena began in 2023 as the Chatbot Arena project from UC Berkeley’s LMSYS research group, collecting blind, pairwise human-preference votes to rank language models. The project spun out into a company, now operating as Arena at arena.ai, which continues the public leaderboard alongside vision- and coding-focused arenas and offers enterprise AI-evaluation services built on the same crowdsourced preference-voting methodology.
